Ingredients

  • Use this in place of any canned cream of soup.
  • 4-1/2 cups powdered milk
  • 2/3 cup chicken bouillon
  • 1-3/4 cups cornstarch
  • 5 tablespoons dried minced onion
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons basil
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons thyme

Instructions

Store in airtight container. Give the container a shake before use to blend ingredients together. Use 1/3 cup of mix to 1-1/4 cup water.  Tip:  I still prefer to use milk or even buttermilk in place of 1/2 of the water to give it a creamier texture.
