Ingredients

  • 2 Cans Minestrone Soup (Campbell's works well for this recipe)
  • 2 Cans Rotel
  • 2 Cans Ranch style beans
  • 4 cans water
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • freshly ground pepper to taste

Instructions

Brown ground beef in skillet with onion and garlic. Drain.

Add all ingredients to a large stockpot and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes or until all ingredients are cooked through.
